Eric T. Graham from the University of Texas and Jean-Francois Poulin from the University of Montreal did an interview with Michael Bechinie, Janet Yu-Shan Li, Thomas Watkins and Keith Instone at the UXPA conference in Toronto, Canada about various subjects. They discussed what kind of advice they would give someone new to UX, which speakers and talks stood out on the conference and how long they’ve been working in User Experience, resp. about their personal experiences in the fields of Usability and User Experience with a focus on Usability Testing and reporting.
