Focus on Experience Design and User Research
To face the challenges of international User & Customer Experience in 2017, we are happy to announce four new employees responsible for Experience Design and User Research & Insights.
Reinforcement in User Experience & Visual Design
Peter Ray Hicks, who came from London to Vienna, will support the USECON team as an Interaction Designer with his many years of international experience in Digital Business Design. He has been working lately for customers like Vodafone UK or Deutsche Telekom. The team will also be supported by Bulgarian born Antoniya Dimitrova, who will work as a Visual Designer for USECON. This will strengthen the company’s focus in means of software-, portal- and applicationdesign. Both will be involved in working projects in the field of banking & finance, industry 4.0 as well as various B2C and B2B ec-commerce subjects.
Expertise in User Experience & User Research & Insights
To reinforce the field of User Research & Insights, Ronald Wosny-Jenny has been brought in, who will be working as Experience Consultant. He has a longtime expertise in User Experience & User Researcher, which he gained during his work for bwin.party digital entertainment and GfK Sirvaluse Consulting GmbH.
Alina Köhler in Sales & Marketing
The Sales & Marketing team has already welcomed Alina Köhler in October as Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager. She operates in the field of partners & networking as well as strategic sales, marketing and distribution. Alina is also lead of “Dissemination & Exploitation in the H2020 EU project “LAW-TRAIN”, which creates a new an innovative way of training joint investigative interviews to fight drug crimes (more about LAW-TRAIN).
