The additional benefit of User Experience (UX) methods in the product- and software development is unquestioned. But there is often a shortage of a user centred point of view of a company’s own employees and hence use UX methods for company internal business software.
The user centred mindset needs to be integrated in all the levels of company internal processes to enhance the company’s success.
