The section "quality for the user" gives you an overview over the subject of our work and provides definitions of some frequently used terms:

Usability - The concept of usability has been established more than ten years ago, and usability has meanwhile become a widely used buzzword. But what does usability really mean, and how can usability be measured?

User Experience - To guarentee a system´s or product´s success, it has to be even more than "just" usable. Learn why the focus on usability has to be advanced and what new criteria have to be considered.
