CURE Usability & User Experience Laboratories
For some of our services we are successfully cooperating with CURE
(Center for Usability Research & Engineering). CURE owns
one of the worlds leading Usability Engineering Laboratories.
CURE's Usability & User Experience laboratories are fully equipped
with the most advanced research and demonstration facilities. Approximately
140 square meters of laboratory rooms can be connected modularly
with each other and offer the possibility to create almost unlimited
test settings. The flexibility and advanced technologies of the
laboratories include innovative potentials for testing “things”
far beyond traditional software or web-applications (e.g. mobile
devices and services; digital television, cooperative tele-working
settings; community or games solutions; consumer electronics etc.)

Eye Tracking in the Office Lab
The lab´s office-like setting allows the testing of
various usage situations. Advanced testing (eg websites, software
applications, e-learning applications) is made possible trough
our eye tracking facility.

Control Room
This is our command center. It includes one-way mirrors to
monitor the test participantes, control panels, monitors,
the eye tracking system, observation software, video and audio
recording, as well as video production facilities. Test situations
can be monitored either directly or indirectly with cameras.

Leisure Lab
Based on a homelike and comfortable setting home entertainment
sets, digital TV can be tested here. Mobile Services are filmed
with a special camera here for a better monitoring. |

Multi-functional Experience Lab
Focus groups, group studies and discussions are taking place
here. Also it allows our costumers, developers or designers
to watch the tests via video live. |
